Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing — an email is enough. It must be sent before the fourteen days expire.

Important: how immediate access affects this right
A pass is digital content that we supply the moment you pay. Under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection, which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), your right of withdrawal lapses once we begin supplying it, provided that:
- you expressly agreed that we should begin before the withdrawal period expires; and
- you confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
That is exactly what the checkbox at checkout is for. It is never pre-ticked, and you cannot pay without it — because without your explicit agreement we would not be entitled to give you access immediately.
In plain terms: if you tick the box and buy a pass, you get access instantly and you cannot then withdraw. If you would rather keep the right to withdraw, do not buy a pass — the free tier is available without any payment, so you can judge whether the service is worth it beforehand.
Consequences of withdrawal
Where a valid withdrawal takes place, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
Goodwill
The above is the legal position. In practice, if Best Day To Ask did not work for you, write to us and explain. We would rather refund an unhappy customer than stand on the letter of the law.
