Best Day To Ask

Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern use of bestdaytoask.com and the purchase of passes from Ľubomír Eröš, 082 52 Dulova Ves, Slovakia (“we”).

2. What the service is

Best Day To Ask calculates astronomical positions for dates you choose, compares them with a birth chart derived from the details you enter, and ranks the days accordingly.

What you are buying is a calculation of planetary positions and an astrological reading of them, offered for reflection. It is not advice of any kind, and no outcome is promised. Decisions about your career, relationships, health, finances or legal affairs remain entirely yours. The astronomical calculations are accurate; the astrological interpretation placed on them is a belief system, not a scientifically established predictor of events.

3. Free use

The free tier may be used without registration or payment. It evaluates one day of your choosing at a time, in full. A pass adds the ability to search a range of dates and have them ranked. We may change or withdraw the free tier at any time.

4. Passes, prices and payment

  • Date report€29, granting full access for 365 days from purchase.
  • One-year pass€19, granting full access for 365 days from purchase.
  • 30-day pass€9, granting full access for 30 days from purchase.

Passes are one-off purchases. They do not renew, they are not subscriptions, and nothing is ever charged automatically. When a pass expires, access simply reverts to the free tier. Prices are final. The operator is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment and we issue your pass.

5. How a pass works

A pass is a code, not an account. It is stored in your browser so that device stays unlocked, and it can be entered on another device to move access there. You are responsible for keeping the code. Because we deliberately store no email address or other identifying information, we cannot recover a lost code for you. Passes are for personal use; please do not publish or resell them.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, which is set out in full on the right of withdrawal page — including how it is affected by asking for immediate access.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting failures and matters beyond our control may cause downtime. Should a pass be unusable for a prolonged period through our fault, contact us and we will extend it or refund it proportionately.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, without limitation. For ordinary negligence our liability is limited to breach of a material contractual obligation and to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract, and in any case to the amount you paid for your pass. Mandatory statutory liability is unaffected.

We accept no liability for decisions you take based on the output, which is the point of clause 2.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please write to us first, at lubomir.eros@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve matters, as a consumer you may seek alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) (www.soi.sk) or via the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Applicable law

Slovak law applies, in particular Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected — this clause cannot take away rights you have under your own law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs your pass.
